Valerie Rose Curiel is an Equity actress in Los Angeles. She is currently in Carrie The Musical at the LA Theater, reprising her role as Chris Hargenson, where she was last seen playing the same role at La Mirada Theatre. She has appeared in numerous regional stage productions including the Ovation Nominated production of Les Miserables (Eponine), Company (Marta), Rent, Jekyll & Hyde, A Little Princess, A Little Night Music and Memphis! Valerie’s television credits include “NCIS: LA,” “Days of Our Lives,” “Pretty Little Liars,” “Bun Heads,” “Cougar Town,” “The Young and The Restless,” “Lie to Me,” “Be Forever Now,” and the critically acclaimed Latin series, “Los Americans.” She would like to give a shout out to the incredible team at Abrams Agency, and is incredibly excited to be apart of this new show!

Nima Jafari

"Militant"

Alex has been performing nearly two decades and has graduated from AMDA the College and Conservatory for the Performing Arts with his BFA in Musical Theater. Alex's credits include: Annas in the 2009-2010 North American Tour of "Jesus Christ Superstar," Chuck Cranston in CCPA's production of "Footloose," Seymour in "Little Shop of Horrors," Marvin in "Falsettoland," Tony in "West Side Story," Lt. Joseph Cable in "South Pacific," Conrad Birdie in "Bye Bye Birdie," and Scarecrow in "The Wizard of Oz," among others. 

 

Alex is also a seasoned director, most recently directing CCPA's production of "Plaid Tidings." Alex is also a working sound, video, and lighting designer in LA.

"Noah"

Nima Jafari is an International member of the cast. An Iranian native, he received his BFA in Acting from Los Angeles’s American and Musical Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in Hollywood last spring. While his acting experience of late pertains mainly to AMDA, he is very happy to be a part of this production, and very keen to share his vision of the Middle East and its attributes with us all tonight. He would like to thank Alex Mackyol for this eye opening opportunity… it is his first musical!

Born and Raised in Crowley, Louisiana. Graduate of Crowley High School. Graduate of AMDA: College and Conservatory for the Performing Arts. Has a Bachelor's Degree in Performing Arts: Musical Theatre. Since graduating College he has been a lead in numerous musicals, plays, commercials, short films, a cable television show, and performed on the Hollywood Red Carpet. Has also been in numerous cafe performances, readings, cabaret shows, dance shows, and concerts. Last seen on stage as Seaweed J. Stubbs in The Glendale Centre Theatre's Production of Hairspray. Last seen on television as Drew Seeley's best friend in an ABC Family Summer Crush commercial sponsored by Kia . He is also a Producer at KO Productions, LLC. The production company is currently shooting their first feature film titled "Waivers", and is in pre-production for their film "Familius" starring Deon Richmond (Cosby Show's "Bud", Sister Sister's "Jordan").
